At Horizon Ibiza, we build each burger around three obsessions: great beef, the exact cooking point, and topping balance so every bite is as good as the first. We grill our premium Galician Blonde beef to get that toasted flavor outside and keep it juicy inside—without hiding it under too much. Then we fine-tune the build: freshness (lettuce and tomato), contrast (pickles), and creaminess (cheddar or sauce) so everything holds together and doesn’t fall apart at the table. Our homemade fries are cooked to order—because a great burger without crispy fries is only half the experience.

Service, insbesondere von Sergio und Santi, wirklich top! Beide aufmerksam aber nicht aufdringlich und sehr freundlich. Essen von sehr guter Qualität.
